[bug] Android Force Stop doesn't work from Settings favorites

To reproduce on **1.1.9.28**: 1. Go to Settings > Apps 2. Long tap on an Android app and add it to favorites 3. Open that app from launcher 4. Go back to settings main page and tap on the app icon in favorites 5. Force Stop it 6. Go back to home; you'll see the app is still running 7. Now, again go to Settings > Apps, and force stop the app from there 8. Now the app is killed. I have no idea why the button shouldn't work from favorites. I tried some apps including Whatsapp, Viber, Firefox, Skype, the same for all. This worked in 1.1.7.
